JOB OBJECTIVE

We are looking an experienced Wheel Alignment Technician who will be responsible to perform safe operation in adjusting the wheels/newly mounted wheels of customers' vehicle so that all wheels are parallel to each other and perpendicular.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Ability to explain to customers about necessary repairs that need to be done and promoting quality business work. 
  • Provide information to customers related to tyres.
  • Make use of equipment and tools safely.
  • Perform wheel alignment (TOE for grade 2 and Camber front and rear for grade 1). 
  • Ensure that vehicle is secure to ensure safe operation.
  • Plan work order for alignment.
  • Ability to determine necessary wheel alignment to be done.
  • For grade 1 only: Assess and test drive to ensure alignment has been done properly by the grade 2.
  • Ability to make and update report for each entry. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience. 
  • NC4 Certificate - Mechanical & Electrical.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good team spirit.
  • Good sense of organization.
  • Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
