JOB OBJECTIVE
The Sales Representative actively seeks out and engages customer prospects. Being the key point of contact between Axess and its clients, the Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Sales
- Assist in the supervision of reconditioning and detailing of trade-in vehicles
- Assist in developing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Contact and meet prospects on a daily basis to maximize profits and revenue.
- Create and send quotation/invoice to customers and prospects.
- Create and present proposal presentations to prospects when required.
- Participate in promotional activities or trade shows to build a strong network and market products or services.
- Build a productive working relationship both within and across department through clear communications using different forms to ensure effectiveness of the department
- Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends and products within the market place via training and related methods.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Negotiate purchase and lease programs for buyers
- Assist in the promotion, selling and cross-selling of all applicable Axess products and solutions
- Liaise with Axess brand employees/managers while ensuring a professional approach when dealing with customers for trade-in purposes
- Liaise with Axess mechanical garage, spare parts, body and paint department for the reconditioning of trade-in vehicles
- Liaise with back-office administration in order to deliver a first-class service to customers upon delivery of vehicle
- Assist in the development of the approved pre-owned business activity by promoting and selling the vehicles; working closely with the pre-owned manager, Marketing and Digital team whilst ensuring the webpage is constantly up to date
- Close monitoring of vehicles inventory in house
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE
- 3 years of relevant work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Languages: Native French, proficient English
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor Degree required, preferred with a strong emphasis on Marketing and business.
- Computer literate: DMS (Database Management System) & MS Office
- Manual Driving License
- Holder of a clean morality certificate
