JOB OBJECTIVE
The Sales Assistant is responsible to assist in the selling or leasing of new vehicles and to keep customer satisfaction maximized; build customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude, and a business-like appearance in every customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Greet and welcome all customers as per Brand standard.
- Take initiative to ensure that the showroom is clean and welcoming.
- Go the extra mile when I welcome clients and propose a coffee.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry as per Brand guide lines.
- Keep up to date on the dealer’s products and competitors’ products.
- Assist the sales team in completing all admin tasks and ensure the quotations are done within established deadline.
- Complete customer records promptly and accurately as well as any other admin tasks which are assigned to me.
- Input information accurately and precisely in the system.
- Accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks.
- Perform any other cognate duties assigned by the Manager or if necessary to ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum HSC with other studies in sales or communication.
- 2 years of relevant work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluent in French, English, and Creole
- Computer skills: Proficient with standard office applications required, proficiency with a Customer Relations/Support tool.
- Holding a clean certificate of character.
