JOB OBJECTIVE

The Quality Coordinator’s activity spans across all Sales and After Sales functions, by adding value to the Sales, Parts and Service functions through the analysis, process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Main Accountabilities:

Compile weekly and monthly reports as per requirement of the dealership

Pin-point critical areas of underperformance and escalate to Manager

Prepare main KPIs follow up during Brand Meetings

Compare the actual customer experiences and circumstance to the Jaguar Land Rover Way and Customer First Principles

Key Responsibilities:

·        Maintain the general aspect of the showroom (housekeeping)

·        Conduct frequent self-assessment (Insite Checklists) as per requirement of the dealership

·        Interpret the root cause of failure in self-assessments and actual customer experiences

·        Identify lack of consistency in processes

·        Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that we meet all regulations and deadlines as per            requirement of the dealership

·        Work with sales and after sales to determine process deviation and agree on an action plan

 .        Monitor Insite action completion progress, ensuring completion and departmental compliance by agreed dates.

·        Conduct the required e-learning and classroom training.

·        Plan & follow employees training as per requirement of the dealership

.         Identify training requirements and gaps to job role as per requirement of the dealership

·        Escalate customer concern resolution process in place, leading to effective customer issue resolution

·        Monitor Dealer Portal for bulletins relevant to various departments and ensure that all concern employees are aware of the contents thereof.

.        Monitoring dealer scorecard and review of performance vs target levels in order to maximize dealership achievement levels.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·        Bachelor’s degree in any specification or a related field.

·        Languages: Native French, proficient English

·        Computer literate: DMS (Database Management System) & MS Office

·        3 years of relevant work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

.         Holder of a clean certificate of morality
