JOB OBJECTIVE
We are looking a dynamic and experienced Costing Officer who will be responsible to plan, study and collect data to determine costs of business activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assure cost of imported vehicles and spare parts.
- Process data in INCADEA.
- Assist in end of month closure including stock recon of imported vehicle.
- Perform administrative work (import & clearing documentation, marine insurance, bank guarantee etc.).
- Liaise with both internal clients & external clients (suppliers/MRA/freight forwarders).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Minimum HSC or other studies in Accounting
- Familiarity in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Holder of a valid driving license.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good organization skills.
- Attention to details.
- Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
